Who We Are

Built for the rooms that matter.

“We can transcend the script of a pre-defined story and pave the way for the future that we design.”

RSG was founded on a culture of innovation, reform, and a longstanding commitment to institutional change. That foundation informs how we work: with patience, precision, and a clear-eyed understanding of what it actually takes to move people and policy. Our network spans the corridors where policy is made and influence is earned.

Advocacy in America is being rewritten. The firms and voices that will matter are those who combine subject-matter depth with creative strategy, and access with meaning. That conviction is the foundation of everything we do.

Who We Are

Malik Ross

T. Malik Ross

T. Malik Ross is the CEO and Founder of Renova Strategy Group. Ross brings a combination of institutional fluency and entrepreneurial instinct, developed across federal, state, and grassroots work that spans public health policy, higher education, coalition building, and civic infrastructure.

Before founding RSG, he worked within multi-client government affairs practices in Washington, D.C., where he contributed to consequential health policy debates, including long-running legislative efforts to strengthen patient protections, expand resources, and advance reform for tens of millions of Americans living with chronic conditions.

His career reflects both breadth and intentionality. Ross has supported national patient advocacy organizations, major research universities, and grassroots coalitions, advising on everything from legislative strategy and stakeholder engagement to organizational structure and narrative positioning. He is a systems builder who understands that durable influence requires the right message, the right relationships, and the right moment. Ross founded RSG on the conviction that the most effective advocacy is also the most resonant: strategically precise, culturally grounded, and built to last.
